Getting started!

Plug & Play Dongle‍

1. Open the email "Welcome to Cartracker!" & create an account.
2. Log in to the Cartracker portal with your account.
3. Create a new vehicle in the admin account.(Instruction.)
4. Plug the dongle into the OBD port of your vehicle / if you have purchased a blackbox, your car is already in the portal!
5. You can use the platform now!

Built-in Blackbox - Trip recorder Dongel - Hallmark Trip recorder systems

1. Open the email "Welcome to Cartracker!" & create an account.
2. Log in to the Cartracker portal with your account.
3. We automatically create your vehicle after installation
4. After installation, you will see your vehicle appear in the portal and you can use it!

Checking Hallmark Certificate?

Upon installation, you automatically receive the Keurmerk Ritregistratiesystemen certificate. You can download this in our portal and check the number at the Keurmerk Ritregistratiesystemen. We explain here what you need to do!

1. Log in to the Cartracker portal
2. Click on the vehicle in the main menu
3. Select the vehicle you need, click on vehicle details
4. Scroll down until you see"seal of approval. Click on the PDF file
5. Copy the number listed in the PDF and go to the Hallmark website .
6. Click Check Certificate and paste it into the text field - click check
