6. Reporting claims

Would you like to report your damage through the app? You can, you do this directly to the fleet manager or in the portal. We do not send this data to the insurer.

How do I report my damage through the Cartracker app?

1. Open the Cartracker app
2. Click on the menu at the bottom
3. Select"report damage"
4. Take the detail photos or a video
5. Add a description and click send
