Invoice information - I want to change my invoice information

Billing information and payment methods customize within the settings menu

1. Open the Cartracker portal
2. Click on settings
3. Select billing information
4. Update it and click update

I want to change my Payment Method, is that possible?

Sure, you do it the following way:

1. Open the Cartracker portal
2. Click on settings
3. Select billing information
4. Under payment method, you can change it from invoice to Direct Debit or vice versa

Can I change my bank account number for my direct debit?

You can do that too! You do it in the following way

1. Open the Cartracker portal
2. Click on settings
3. Select billing information
4. Click direct debit again and send the payment link
5. This will appear in your inbox, please follow the steps below
