14. Carsharing
Our platform features a booking system in which both riders and managers can communicate and book vehicles based on predefined rules.
How can you share your car?
In the main menu, click on "the calendar. You have now opened the car sharing system.
- Groups/Vehicles: Select the desired group/vehicle to view availability. Vehicles and/or groups can also be filtered as desired.
- Settings: Our Carsharing module includes a whole range of different settings to create a personalized system that suits your business.
- AddNew Booking: Click here to enter a new booking. This can be done by either clicking on "Add new Booking" or clicking on the calendar in the desired window.
- Weekly/Per vehicle: Carsharing offers two ways to view the booked-in vehicles. You can select the weekly view or a list view on a daily basis of all vehicles and reservations.
- Calendar: Shows an overview of all bookings made. By clicking on a booking, you will see more information.
Vehicle booking, how do you do it?
Follow the steps below one by one!
Vehicle: Select the vehicle you want to book.
User: Select the driver of the vehicle
Pick-Up Location: Select the location where you want to pick up the vehicle.
Send Notification E-mail: Determine whether the rider should receive a confirmation.
Period: Select the period for which the vehicle will be booked.
Public Notes: Notes visible to other users.
Notes: Add notes related to the booking.
CarsharingSettings
General: Define all the basic parameters of the Carsharing platform: including time rules. In addition, the user can also enable and disable manual confirmations and payments.
Categories: Define a vehicle category that also has special settings, including vehicles based on your preference.
Vehicles: Select the vehicles you want to add to the Carsharing platform.
Pick Up Location: Create different pick up locations for the vehicles.
Users: Set up different groups based on your requirements.
Notifications: Select the notifications of interest to you.
