17. Sending messages

Messages allow admins and riders to communicate through the application or by text message. The application is available to riders on IOS/Android. Drivers receive these messages on their dashboard.

To start a conversation press "messages" in the main menu.

All your previous posts will appear here. To draft a new message press "create a new message".

‍User name: In the first menu, you can select any user with web/mobile access.

Type your message in the"type your message" bar.

To add a location to your message, click on "drop pin" and start typing the desired location. Messages can be sent via SMS (to the number associated with the account) or directly through the"Cartracker App."

EXTRA TIP: Drivers to navigate from the "Cartracker App" based on location sent via "messages."
