7. Groups

Make sure you have a good overview of your fleet and personnel driving the vehicles. So for this reason we have added groups. See how to create groups here.

Create groups - Put all your vehicles in a smart overview!

1. Select users from the main menu
2. On the drop-down screen, click Groups

1. Click"Add Group" to create a group
2. Name the group as you would like to see it in your portal
3. A group has 2 flavors, namely the riders and the vehicles
4. In the left screen add the vehicles, click on the vehicle you need (the vehicle gets a red outline)
5. Do you want to add the driver as well? Then click on the button"also select the driver", you don't have to add him separately anymore.
6. Provided you want to add separate riders, then select the riders in the right window.
7. Someone manager of this group/department? Then make them Group Admin - this person will then see all vehicles of that group.
8. Then click Create and you have created your first group!
