What is a Geofence?

A geofence is a geographic radius around a certain location similar to a useful place. When a vehicle enters or leaves this radius, we register it in the portal. You can base notifications on this Geofence. It is also possible to generate reports based on this information.

How do I create a Geofence?

To create a geofence, click a desired spot on the map and then click "Create Geofence."

Adjust the geofence as desired. The radius setting defines how large the distance from the center point to the edge is. Finally, it is possible to send a notification when the vehicle enters or exits the zone.

How do I customize a geofence?

It is also possible to modify the Geofences after they have been entered. You do this by clicking on "settings" in the taskbar, then select "Geofences."

EXTRA TIP: If the company has a headquarters, the geofence can display the time that staff leave or enter the geofence around this location on a workday.
