10. Timeline Reporting

The timeline allows the user to view vehicles and I/O on a continuous line. This provides a clear, graphic picture of how a vehicle was used during the day. How long was a vehicle parked at a location? How long was the I/O on during the drive? This can be easily determined through the use of "timeline."

Where can I find timeline reporting and how do I deploy it?

To view the "timeline" reports, click on the small "stopwatch" in the main menu.

Overview

1. Vehicle/driver name: In the first column you can set how you see your vehicle

2. I/Os: All I/Os connected to a vehicle will appear as small colored bars when on. This provides a simple, quick overview of the daily usage of the vehicle.

3. Rides: The thin black line indicates that a trip had been performed at that time. Also, it also summarizes the total travel time.

4.Time on location: The colored bar indicates when a vehicle was stopped on location. The color of the bar indicates the "trip type" the vehicle had at that time. See the legend below:

‍Blue - Private;

green - Business;

orange -Working traffic.

EXTRA TIP: You can change the name of the vehicle's I/Os at "Vehicle Details."
